Why should one rate or view ratings on Adjusters, etc? Because if your insurer assigns an adjuster who you do not like, you can ask the supervisor to assign a different adjuster, (one with a 5 star rating who you found on this website). Also, if you give a bad rating to an adjuster, etc., maybe he/she will change their ways and be more fair to the next customer, or get fired. If the insurer fails to assign another adjuster, consider hiring your own adjuster, a Public Adjuster.
